    Connect Stripe and your listing shows revenue, growth and churn synced from the source, not screenshots.

  2. Step 2

    Share more under NDA

    Buyers accept confidentiality terms to request access. Approve them to unlock your buyers-only metrics, or your identity on a confidential listing.

  3. Step 3

    Talk and negotiate

    Private messages and offers or letters of intent in one thread. Accept one and the listing shows as under offer.

  4. Step 4

    Close safely

    Sign a purchase agreement and use escrow to swap payment for assets. VentureIndex never holds funds or takes a cut.

VentureIndex is a listing and data platform, not a broker, escrow agent or financial adviser. Verified figures come from the seller's payment provider, but buyers should still do their own due diligence and take legal and tax advice before buying a business.
